Diamond Dotted Paper

Description
Diamond dotted insulation paper is made of electrical insulating paper coated with heat curable epoxy resin, the epoxy adhesive is applied to both sides of the paper in a diamond pattern consisting of 9.5mm x 9.5mm diamonds with 15.9mm centre spacing It is a kind of material with inertia, dry and no conglutination at normal temperature. The DDP will make the electric conductor forever felt up as a hard unit under the high temperature by its internal latency substance. when the temperature is rising up to 90degree C. The DDP begins one-off thaw and then one-off solidification .When to keep the temperature at 90 degree C for 90 minutes, the epoxy resin would paste on neighboring cable and paper safely. The felt intensity is as high as to 70psi at 100 degree C, Good compatibility with liquid dielectic after the baked enamel coating has hardened.

Varnished Fiber glass Cloth

Description
Fibreglass Varnished Fabrics are normally used for application where operating temperature is class 'B' (130 °C) or above. Fibreglass Varnished cloth and tapes can be used for wide variety or electrical applications where material with high tensile strength and flexibility is required. Composition: A low alkali content 'E' glass fabric heat cleaned and treated with coupling agent is impregnated with glyptal type varnishes. The glass fabric imparts good mechanical properties while varnish possesses high dielectric strength. Materials are available in straight cut and bias cut form.
Insulation:
Type 1: Varnished glass fabric is applied helically with successive layers coated with synthetic varnish. Glass fabric is woven from "E" glass yarn with alkali content not more than 1%, A braid of glass fibre varnished with synthetic varnish is given externally.
Type 2: Varnished glass fabric is applied helically with successive layers coated with silicone varnish. A braid of glass fibre varnished with silicone varnish is given externally.

Description
Woven glass fibre roving fabric made from heavy untwisted "E" glass yarn having resin compatible surface-dressing or size. Woven roving are often used in composite laminates with chopped strand mat, later being used to increase the bulk of the laminate. Rovings wet far more quikly than certain types of mat, pick up a lower percentage of resin (i.e. approximately 50% glass 50% resin), and have far better physical properties. A roving laminate is much stronger than laminate made from chopped strand mat and a thinner, lighter and less expensive laminate can often be made.
